Reminder: No Bellydance Tonight

A reminder to my students: there is no bellydance class tonight, we will resume next Friday.  I hope it was a Happy Thanksgiving for everyone!  I am teaching the Sunday class at 5pm this weekend and if you would like to get a bit of bellydance practice in we can do that also, so please come to Renaissance Healing Center.  :)  

We are the Spotlight business this Saturday at the Green Market in Jarbo Park, Neptune Beach.  We will have a tent with chair massage and Free Yoga Class passes as well as spa gift baskets for sale.  Don't forget to ask Joy all about her Acupuncture and Qigong treatments we are now offering at the Center.  I look forward to seeing you all and doing some Green Post-Thanksgiving shopping ;-)

Pilates instruction is easy to come by these days. The ever-growing popularity of Pilates has put it on the map all over the world. Still time to sign up for Bellydance!!

My students and I had a great time in our first Beginner's Bellydance class Friday evening!
<-- I even got Henna'd for the occasion  ;-)

If you couldn't make it, there is still time to catch up and start next Friday 11/13.  You will learn a coreography to a Lebanese style song over a 6 week session.  Next week we will review the beginning that we learned yesterday and add on more of the dance.  So that means there's one more week left to register for the Beginner's Bellydance series being held at Renaissance Healing Center.
