Celebrate Earth Day with Free Classes

Hello and Happy Earth Week!
Like many of you, I love Nature, and I want it to continue to be beautiful and full of diverse life for many hundreds of generations to come. So I do my part by making eco-conscious and energy-saving choices in my lifestyle and the products I buy. Sometimes this requires spending a bit more money; Sometimes it means sacrficing convenience for quality and time. But, it always means a better choice and future for myself and for  the Earth. In order to help you save a few green-backs to spend on those green products, I am offering 2 Free classes this week in honor of Earth Day. This way, you can make a healthy choice for yourself by exercising and still have some money left to make a healthy choice for our home, Planet Earth. 

Join me Thursday April 22nd, Earth Day, from Noon - 12:45pm for the Healthy & Fit Pilates Class Free of Charge.  My Belly Dance Workout class will be Free of Charge on Friday April 23 from 5-6pm and will be followed by a special Aromatherapy Party with Lauren and Heather that should not be missed! Then on Saturday is our Earth Day Green Fair, free all day to the public with tons of great info on Holistic Health and Eco Services.
